Welcome to the Business Partnership program of Canberra Commerce Group Pty Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern the partnership between Canberra Commerce Group Pty Ltd and businesses seeking to sell products through our platforms. By entering into this partnership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of the Partnership
1.1 This partnership allows businesses to promote and sell their products throughout platforms, providing access to customers in Canberra and across Australia.
1.2 The partnership is intended for businesses offering high-quality, pet-related products that align with our commitment to customer satisfaction.
2. Responsibilities of the Business Partner
2.1 Business partners must:
2.1.1 Provide accurate and complete product information, including detailed descriptions, images, and pricing.
2.1.2 Ensure all products meet Australian quality and safety standards.
2.1.3 Maintain sufficient stock levels to fulfill customer orders promptly.
2.1.4 Handle product warranties, returns, and customer support in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
2.1.5 Deliver products efficiently to designated fulfillment centres or directly to customers, as agreed upon.
3. Responsibilities of Canberra Commerce Group Pty Ltd
3.1 Canberra Commerce Group Pty Ltd will:
3.1.1 Feature partner products on our business websites and promote them through relevant marketing channels.
3.1.2 Process customer payments securely and provide partners with detailed sales reports.
3.1.3 Transfer payments for completed sales to partners, deducting an agreed commission and any applicable fees.
3.1.4 Ensure all product listings comply with our quality and content guidelines.
4. Product Listings and Promotion
4.1 All product listings are subject to review and approval to maintain platform quality and integrity.
4.2 Marketing support may include website features, email campaigns, and social media promotion, at our discretion.
5. Payment Structure
5.1 Payments for product sales will be remitted to partners on a regular basis, typically every month.
5.2 A detailed statement will accompany each payment, outlining total sales, commissions deducted, and applicable fees.
5.3 Commission rates and other fees will be determined during the onboarding process.
6. Duration and Termination
6.1 This partnership is ongoing unless terminated by either party.
6.2 Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.
6.3 Immediate termination may occur if a partner breaches these terms or fails to comply with applicable laws.
7. Quality and Compliance Standards
7.1 Products must meet Australian regulatory requirements and align with our quality standards.
7.2 Non-compliance may result in the removal of products from our platforms.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Partners retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and product content.
8.2 Partners grant Canberra Commerce Group Pty Ltd the right to use product images and descriptions for marketing and promotional purposes.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
10.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve issues through direct communication.
10.2 Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.
