2026 Q1 Comfy Pets Upgrade Notice

Comfy Pets hereby issues this official notice regarding a temporary operational closure during the first quarter of 2026. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our product selection and maintaining high standards across our business, our team will be undertaking an international research and sourcing programme within the global pet industry. This initiative forms an important part of our long-term efforts to ensure that the products and services we offer continue to meet the expectations of modern pet owners while supporting the well-being and comfort of their animals.

During this period, members of the Comfy Pets team will travel to Shenzhen and Beijing to attend several major international pet industry fairs. These exhibitions bring together leading manufacturers, product designers, suppliers and professionals from across the global pet sector. By attending these events in person, our staff will have the opportunity to observe emerging trends, evaluate innovative products and engage directly with manufacturers who are shaping the future of pet care and pet lifestyle goods.

The purpose of this visit is to conduct careful market research and product investigation so that we may continue to introduce reliable and thoughtfully designed products to our customers. Our team will review new materials, product designs and manufacturing standards, while also establishing relationships with reputable suppliers who share our focus on quality, safety and responsible production. These discussions and evaluations help ensure that every product we consider aligns with the values and expectations that Comfy Pets maintains for its catalogue.

In order to allow our team to participate fully in these international industry events, Comfy Pets operations will be temporarily suspended from 5 March 2026 until 31 March 2026, inclusive. During this time, orders will not be processed or dispatched, and routine operational enquiries may experience delays. We understand that a temporary pause in operations may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers and partners while this programme is underway.

Normal business operations are scheduled to resume on 1 April 2026. Following our return, the team will review the findings from these exhibitions and begin integrating new ideas, supplier relationships, and product opportunities into our future plans. We look forward to sharing further updates in due course and remain grateful for the continued support of our customers, whose trust allows us to keep improving and growing the Comfy Pets range.
