From Fri 18 Apr 2025 through Mon 21 Apr 2025, orders placed with Comfy Pets may experience longer fulfilment times than usual. Our warehouse and customer service teams will be working with fewer personnel to allow for well‑deserved time off, so we encourage customers to plan ahead and place any urgent orders before the holiday begins.
Normal operations, including standard order processing and customer support response times, will resume on Tue 22 Apr 2025. Any orders received over the Easter weekend will be processed in the order they were received once staffing returns to full capacity.
